re: Ann: Cooper Energy / Zeta Farm-In Terms U... I disagree Kesha, if management were playing hardball then why weren't they involved in the negotiations between Zeta & COE?
KEY had an interest in the deal given the proposed acquisition of Zeta therefore KEY would have been well within their rights to get involved. Instead KEY, by their own admission, stood back and did nothing.
Don't get me wrong, I didn't want the deal to go ahead. But KEY did want the deal to go through yet when they had a chance to take a proactive approach they did nothing.
Given the deal with COE agreed to by Zeta I am very glad we don't have these guys running our company. The deal they agreed to was terrible, well it was great but only for COE.
The BoD seem to have no idea or strategy of what to do next.
