re: Ann: Cooper Energy / Zeta Farm-In Terms U... Presumably, given the lack of an update from KEY, Zeta knocked them back for KEY's request for an early end to the purchase agreement.
Either way after tomorrow it won't matter as the deal will be officially null and void.
Now lets hope the board does not come up with another hairbrained deal like that one.
