I asked the CFO/Company Secretary and he told me they were migrating to a cloud server, that is why it was down for the long weekend.

Re deal, would agree that crypto/blockchain is not the flavour of the month now. I would assume it will be in Tech/IT based on the background of the directors however cash flow positive ones might be difficult to find.
As an example, CNW is cash flow positive on operations but has a market cap about 9x that of ZIP and is already listed. CNW is also acquisition hungry, taking out quite a few IT companies so ZIP will be competing with them if looking in the same space.
