Generally speaking, I find the best thing to do is buy when things are really cheap and everyone is hating on a stock provided a few key things;

Not too many shares on issue
Enough cash to keep lights on and keep concerns of CR away
Low cash burn
Signals of new direction

EV expansion is the game, the R&D rebate hopefully some more cash for ZIP. At sub 2c, this thing has almost always been a cracking buy in my view. In the micro cap space though time and patience is also needed, its been a long time so far and no guarantee it wont be a long while more.
