Tricky , generally a value is put on a shell of say 1 to 1.5 mill , if an company is aquired for say 15 mill , its a 10 to 1 dilution for existing holders , at 30 mill its a 20:1 dilution , its just plain simple maths ?

This can be done in many ways , as you point out there are 150m shares so to aquire say a 10 mill value company 1.5 billion shares would be issued , far better to consolidate 10 to 1 and get rid of small shareholders and obtain a more manageable register.
