Here's a life lesson for you @Beat10: A buyer will always try to get what they want for the cheapest possible price. Unfortunately a desparate seller will have to take what they can get. It's not always fair but life is often unfair. The trick is to not stuff things up in the first place and churn through $15M for not a lot of gain, right? I'm sure you know what I mean.
