Chairman promised the insitutions he'd step down without being pushed.  Nice if he did the honors.  My belief is that they know they're not going to get FDA in 6 months. It's a class action in itself having them not disclose that.  They will need a new study and that is millions in the making.  The release they put out last time said there were 11 items but they "anticipated there would be more after that."  I think they know. I just don't understand how they can keep taking people's money. Or maybe because it is insto funds instos don't really care as much about the people whose funds they're losing.
