I won't take up the offering.
They will use the 4mil to pay themselves bonuses and will IMO do another CR in 4 months, but then they will be asking under a cent.
The race is on now to see what comes first, .001c. or liquidation.
They own the patients so they will do a good job in making sure the depression epidemic grows and grows.
