Apologies ignore that last sentence about security, the notes raising that MHC participated in did have security over all AJQ's assets.

So I guess its possible MHC didn't appreciate funds being raised with Tribeca under similar security conditions for their finance deal, potentially threatening MHC's creditor position. Again we can only speculate due to the lack of detail provided by the company in regards to what the "dispute" was over.
