You raise a good question.  I thought it was really strange that the Company went to the trouble of making the Announcement, and saying there is no solution, at this time.  These Notes are unusual instruments and all jokes aside there is probably not a big market for these atm.   

It would have been a better announcement if they had said unfortunately we have a seller, but here is a buyer.

Unless DGR or Orion steps up, we may not have a buyer and then the situation gets very messy.
