Why should he, or any other institutional investor/major shareholder who buys these notes receive a guaranteed return , let alone at 12%. Where’s the secure guaranteed return on our investment??
If the share price appreciates he receives a double benefit.
Why am I not surprised? First the ridiculous loan from LAX in Singapore, now this? I would be very interested in seeing who LAX actually is!! I have my suspicions.
