I agree with your cheap printer comment. It will be the second time in about 6 months that Aldi has sold this printer, well a version of this, and not doubt you will struggle to get your hands on one. Its basic, but does the job and for some one just wanting to get into it or have a play it a great entry point. $100 more then last time but has a larger print area etc. Hitting stores 31 Jan 18. And my kids are already asking for one.
It would be interesting to see a quality $400 to $500 printer being sold at kmart/ Big W / JB HiFi etc and how quickly they head out the door.
I will admit as well, I get a little giddy when I look at the desktop metal printer site @50k US a machine just loving the technological changes being achieved by the industry. www.desktopmetal.com
