Agree. I was not proposing that these structures are not legal and need to be reported to the authorities as has been suggested that I should do by other posters.
I am only expressing a not unreasonable concern that the two financing examples canvasessed on this board “appear” to be unduly favourable to the lenders , who so happen to be board members or possible related parties.
