Am I reading the ASX ann correct ... conversion price not to exceed .085cents? Does this mean regardless of sp increase Chartwell can't pay more than .085cents! If so doesn't that mean Chartwell have effectively doubled their money already.
With a cap of 128 million shares to be issued of course but doesn't this mean that they can't convert at less than .065 cents?.
My maths are
128million shares = 8million dollars / conversion price
