    One of the directors works for an accounting firm. Disclosed on share transfer which I have just got

    All the shares all 100 dollars of them were in his name until 19 Jan yep 2 weeks ago

    Will look at alpha crowne sole shareholder to see if sheds any light on where 5m is coming from. Looks like this will be the first transaction for alpha crowne ever
