Alpha Crowne PTE Ltd company incorporated July 14 - 100 paid up capital. Only company document filed since incorporation is a share transfer. Googled the 2 directors - can see nothing that looks like gold investment professionals in Singapore. The address seems to be used by many companies, so maybe its a serviced office

The shares in Alpha Crowne are all held by another company which was set-up in Oct 2013

Far as I can see neither has a website, nor any news or entries in google at all

Wonder if this is their first investment transactions, more details would be good
