1 Interest is scheduled to be paid in arrears at the end of each half yearly Interest Period (being 30 June and 31 December of each year during the term of the Notes). The final Interest Period will end on the earlier of the Redemption Date, the Maturity Date and the Conversion Date. If any of the scheduled Interest Payment Dates is not a Business Day, then the due date for payment of Interest will be postponed to the next Business Day. If that occurs, the Note holder is not entitled to any additional payment in respect of that delay.
