Just  gone through ASX announcement  .. To the sophisticated  investor who bought 30 million shares on the 9 Jan my heart goes out to you as 2 days later on the 11 Jan the directors entered the convertible note facility (question of morals or even worse) . 19 million shares convert 13/3 dump , 25 mil shares convert 5/4 dump , 33.5m shares convert  20/4 dump , 40 mil shares convert 1/5 part dump and lastly 75 million shares convert 30/5 @The Great price of 0.001 .   1 June notice of substantial share holder of 102 million so from above you can see they have been dumping .. Sadly they have to 11/7 to convert another $245k  245,000,000 [email protected] as per ASX announcement 11 April. In my view no point buying above 0.001 as they will line out the 0.001 and exit the company making a bit of cash and destroying shareholder value in the meantime.   well done board ..  Enough from  me time to get some enjoyment watching Swans v Carlton in AFL and i don't follow either .
