They are still holding a truckload via their investment vehicles (check the parentheses in the Top 20) . I think there are some laws in Israel about offshore venture cap holdings for tax purposes. I hold FLC which was a similar style of listing and the Israeli inventors of the tech recently sold small portions of their holdings to pay tax bills....
