just reading that it looks like most prices have gone up over 10% , as well as those futures prices that have gone about 13%.

thing is retail prices havent dropped as much as wholesale so we havent had the lift in demand i was hoping for!! talk that many restauraunts havent revamped their menus as they are still not making the margin to promote beef more!

still , going up better than down and we have had a 5% or so improvement in currency against the $u.s.

looking at buying some again soon i think
