I think you will find Tinwins, it is a strategic decision by the St Baker Energy Innovation Fund that owns Tritium to invest in Novonix, as Novonix's products dovetail in with Tritium's.
Novonix's PUREgraphite anode material will allow EVs to charge significantly faster, and after reading today's Quarterly Report will have higher energy density, longer range between charges, as well.
