ASX Announcement Contract signed to supply GO-JEK
Story-i Limited is pleased to advise that it has entered into a one year contract to supply GO-JEK with electronic devices including iPads, MacBooks and ThinkPads.
The contract value is worth AUD1.8 million annually.
In addition the Company will also supply smartphones to GO-JEK’s fleet of over 250,000 drivers and riders of cars and motorcycles. The smartphones are meant for the drivers and riders to be connected via its all-in-one app that offers transport, delivery, lifestyle and payment services to on-demand users.

GO-JEK is an Indonesian hyperlocal transport, logistics and payments startup founded in 2010. It is bigger than Grab and Uber in Indonesia’s vast informal transportation sector. It is also the first startup of Indonesian origin to be classified as a Unicorn after closing a round of funding in August 2016 when it received funding of USD550 million from KKR & Co, Warburg Pincus, Farallon Capital Management, Capital Group among other investors.
GO-JEK's fleet now exceeds 250,000 drivers and includes motorcycles, cars and trucks. People in 25 cities in Indonesia can now hail a ride and obtain other services through its app.
