Your reading of the candlesticks over there is to be commended.
However one of my daughters worked for Department of Heritage and Environment in Cairns and did on-site visits to some of the ‘rape and pillage’ coal mines in the area. They flouted regulations with tokenistic agreements and passing the buck.
I am cutting it fine with NRW where she is concerned and choose to believe the rehabilitation work that Golding is responsible for (and NRW) is done to the same standards the company does everything else.
But direct investment in coal mines is taboo ....
