Waievo, I think you've probably done a good prediction of the future with that comment. But in the immediate term this tragedy needs safe solid clean up hands over it for at least 1 - 1.5 year(s), then sure, split the business lines into stable v growth - then get a growth business executive in at a slightly senior level. Remember this is an industrial group with little corprate memory left, MB will be that memory in 12 months time having cleaned up the decks, restored some retained capital, flushed out (you'd imagine) a numer of other TDK like issues and restored the reputation with the market, investors, business partners and bank. The bank will be all over this and they will not have the capital to be able to grow for at least another 12 months anyway - and divis are a dream. Losing MB now would be very negative.
