like i mention in the other post. nomad may infact not win any new projects which are on open tender. cos they want to make big margin. which means close to zilch chance of winning. they know who the competitors are and what they are winning the projects for. like roeroc mention in another post nomad wont bid on jobs if they are not big margins. the only way they can get projects with big margin is trough negotiated contracts with clients. but most of the clients have bailed out because of the bad name that nomad has at the moment.
