I highly doubt it with their track record about value destructive acquisition
On the contrary I think they do the very opposite and will create good return for their holder at this crazy price
There is no need to hand back cash just because you have cash ... They can use it as a war chest to out last their peers and when their peers go out with debt they are in prime position.
But nothing is risk free but what they demonstrated in the last 2 years of slow down give you confident they can do better in the next 2 -
