This is actually very good IMO and the SP jump and the buy depth confirms it.
I have been concerned regarding the arbitration and the impact this may have on the financing.
Good to see that Mac is now registered in the Dom Republic (tick) and we only have to wait a couple of weeks for the arbitration decision.
Given that this announcement came out on both EVG and MBL announcements means that Mac approved the wording and reading between the lines and talking to BJ recently I would expect Mac bank to give EVG the funding regardless of the arbitration outcome.
I also know that there is another strategy if the above is not forthcoming.
Very good of BJ to be putting up more debt funding to keep the project slippage as low as possible.
Only downside with the delays is that we're now backed out to Sept 11 to ramp up production to 65k oz pa, about six months later than previously anticipated.
However I am just happy that it looks like the project will become a reality, not to mention the positive noises regarding Azuay.
Happy holding and feel now that we will start to re-rate before the end of Sept as the uncertainty is removed.
