normally the sp is discounted to the NPV also some of EVGs shareprice is also probably apportioned to its other projects. Of course other factors are involved in an NPV like discount rate used, and I think in EVGs case one of the NPVs I saw was was at a POG around $500 less than current POG.
Hope we can get punitive damages from grimston doubt if this is 9 months behind like BJ says
