31/01/19 Q activities report - price sensitive! mentions mine in care and maintenance till commissioning of DMS and scrubber, no mention of why the delay or when commissioning, would have been a good opportunity to allay shareholder concerns.
Likely news I gather from this is that they don't have these pieces of machinery yet! Will be interesting if they are even on their way.
