    I just re read the announcement , which l find quite confusing .

    Does this mean that there is a new line of 300 mill being drawn against Karra ( and guaranteed by Ansteel ) . In other words a debt increase of 300 mill . ?

    Or is it effectively a roll over of an existing debt ?

    Any comments appreciated
