Honestly and straight forward MLS Lac Rainy Graphite Project is the strongest point , the hope, the future the opportunity for MLS and MLS shareholders .

MLS BOD needs to grab this golden opportunity to work with whole hearted + pushing the Project forward with extremely positive maner ,like racing with the timing bomb, for the success of the Project.

To do that obviously the present MLS BOD needs another new extremely high quality+spirit member on board or better tactics, better strategy.

I hope this Replacement of Constitution serves that purpose so that MLS can be re-rate in near future. For the benefit of shareholders. Not for anyone else.

Atm Me and one holder in T20, We're still deep looking in this 68 pages.

Hope today announcement is another positive step for MLS.
