    did not expect the share consolidation to get such a bad reception


    KAS did one a couple of weeks ago 10 to 1


    that is a disaster of a company..long story.. real mess

    yet no one there was against it

    can not even remember if they asked the shareholders


    WBT never did any stunt to push the SP up

    so don't think this an act of desperation by a board with a product going nowhere
