People are different, companies are different, some people and some companies are a brilliant mix.

Some are great at one aspect of their business but terrible at another side.

This company WBT may well have the best, most innovative product but do not know how to market it.

If. as all companies should, they have a mapped out business plan, with stepped out pathways & KPI's then it is easy and predictable to anticipate the moves.

If there are always surprises, then it suggests they may be swinging in the breeze.

My hope is that WBT have so much to offer that the goal posts keep changing and that they are reacting to outstanding opportunities and setting foundations that require a bigger house.

I have not sold one share in 18 months and have only accumulated.

Maybe their "persona" needs attention and their message and marketing need an approach that up sells rather than down sells.

Every bit of good news is followed by an unanticipated announcement.

Get a great marketing company on board, it may be the difference?
