point 1, yep, as they said . . . The Company believes the consolidation will provide thebest platform for continued growth, and a capital structure that is more in line with the Company’s sizeand maturity. In addition, the Company has received advice that a higher share price level is moreattractive to institutional investors. . . they want that higher price.
point 2, how do we know a partnership announcement is looming? Not trying to be pointed, just not sure how we know this is about to happen. I like to think so, that they're looking to consolidate and head north of a dollar, but I'm just not sure that there are any more deals about to happen.
