It's not in West Perth, but Subiaco. It's in the BDO offices on Station Street. That is right next to the new Coles/Target shopping centre that has 3 hours free parking underneath. You enter from Hood Street. You can also park under Woolworths for 1.5 hours for free. That is directly off Station Street at the new roundabout between Station and Hood Street. Under Coles is better as you don't need to display a ticket as it is all camera controlled.
