Companies do this to increase the price of a share...get out of the low stock range to make it attractive to investors. In this case it looks like 10:1, which means for every 10 shares you have you get one but the value will be increased.
For this to be successful the company must be confident of future growth and profit
Last ANN was encouraging
Not sure if good time to do it at the moment considering tech mood and sentiment low
