I'd be more likely to ask the question, how does a company go from IPO to 7,521,362,694 shares in around 18 months if I'm not to mistaken?
After the 30 for 1 consolidation there will still be 250,712,090 shares on issue and then you can start adding options and "performance shares" onto that figure.
I liked the Vanadium Redox Flow battery idea, but these guys really know how to issue stock.
Can anyone here do a quick rundown on the back story here concerning the massive dilution?
