Shareholders selling at 0.001 bare no responsibility for anything. Every time a holder sells out of ANY company they're putting downward pressure on the price and affecting all other shareholders. This isn't a hippie commune, it's the free market. A shareholder wanting to preserve a tiny bit of capital isn't responsible for anything other than his own bank account.

That said it will be interesting where OBL comes to rest in a month or so. Also, REY just raised probably 3 times OBL's market cap. Would be nice to be able to fast forward past the current legal mess.
