Here it is, I was at the Meeting.
a. Management not happy with dump;
b. Sophies - not happy with SP;
c. Everybody accepts current environment as tough;
d. Some did not vote in the meeting for all motions in regard to Lind and Consolidation, but the motions were all carried.
e. Discussions were had and directed from most holders in the room in relation to both in open forum and before and after meeting about:
1. Directors Fees;
2. Salary Packages and performance.
3. Status of Farm-in/outs and relationship with REY; and
4. Lind.
What was agreed was the quality of our Assets.
This is my summary and assessment. I do hold and did not dump.
