I am going out on a limb here lookatthis. Here is how I see it playing out. The share consolidation has raised the share price. Why do this? I mean why not let the share price appreciate naturally? If you have such good fundamentals and things are able to grow organically then it is just a matter of time and a 3.6 cents increase to 7.2 cents is fairly easy to achieve and a great return on investment. So why consolidate? Well it is very difficult to raise significant money at 3.6 cents, especially after the 2.5 billion shares fiasco. Having a share price at 80+cents make it easier to raise funds. Why would they want to raise funds? Because the business is not able to grow quick enough or if there is an opportunity to acquire a business to facilitate that growth.
So I suspect that rather than investing in the business to grow it, they are going to grow through acquisitions and that there is one in the pipeline and an announcement would not be far off. China etc is all a pipedream at the moment.
