It was only a matter of time that a consolidation would occur.
But you are right....no matter what PALA (and LION) are trying to get control absolute of KAS>
Only shareholders voting NO to the convertible note can stop them. We should all pitch in a few bucks and buy some shares in this company...taking away the convertible note, paying them off (with interest unfortunately...which is very high) and hope that the Japanese will support our efforts.
I think they would like to...but it is just a feeling. I think they would like to be part of the company. They too have been played by the previous management.
And unless they take part in the resurrection of KAS....then Pala will take absolute control....and the japanese won't be able to increase their positive position.
AS for the SPP .....I don't like it unless the money goes to paying off PALA.
By having an SPP people won't want to cough up twice.....to pay off PALA and then take up their SPP that gets expensive for some of the ""poorer""" folks...(like me)
It is a ploy , in my opinion.
We should vote NO to the convertible note....RAise money to pay it off....and continue to interact with the Japanese so that they can fund the mine (along with others).
I spoke with Russell Clark at NOOSA. He is a yes man. Working for PALA.
When I asked him about their (PALA ) trying to take over the company when they lined up that loser company in Vietnam(which they controlled) to take over.....he said he didn't know anything about what happened before he took over. If that is the case, then he shouldn't be in the top job.
............... a 'yes' man. Working for the power brokers.
Vote NO to the convertible note. Get behind some backers who know what they are talking about and want to make your shares valuable. Push for buying out the convertible notes and don't allow further dilution which will give control to PALA (and LION (who are working together))
