Good move and overdue to consolidate.I remember SEQ where people were bailing at .002 and .003 and the shares were consolidated and a month later were trading double the price. Looks like no plans for a CR given the consolidation. At the end of the day the company needs to perform and given there is around 200,000 new properties in Australia built a year no reason why they can't capture more sales and make a profit. There is a good analysis on the property market I found a month or so ago and will find and post. Will give new management time to see how they go.
