Management will only talk if the NO vote succeeds. Currently the shareholders are only a nuisance.
A YES vote will make shareholders a redundant minority and Mr Kam Lung will have the power to do as he wishes.
I have voted NO in all categories, as a last resort. I will lose some money, they will lose a lot, unless they negotiate with us. Then we can all win.
