Hmm, are you guys looking at the quantity of shares SSG UK are getting?
The current shareholders will be heavily diluted and then further with the cap raising (if successful).
I just question what value (in millions) the vendors as a group bring to the company other than some experience and plans. It certainly doesn't appear to be hard assets.
Then of course, there's the significant salaries they will be getting, close to $1m pa combined.
SSG UK is a little over a year old and really, what does it have? Not much from what I saw online.
