I think also the 220,000,000 number of shares on issue is of some importance to major investors in say, the USA (from another thread - I have forgotten where) as against say, 1,000,000,000.
Once we have lift off I would reckon the chances of us retaining control might be problematic.
Still, "they" might be prepared to pay a pretty penny for any takeover, or majority control.
