re: Ann: Consegna advances commercialisation ...
This has been going on for days. Yesterday, when the share price was @ 2.8c, following this ANN, the seller put out shares in rows at 2.7, 2.6, 2.5c. Now, who does that on a rising share price? Some spite selling? Let's hope a former disgruntled executive isn't involved. Lind Partners selling to get a lower price for their next lot of shares? Hard to know. Underwriters trying to wriggle out of their option underwriting obligation? The one who was supposed to be buying lines of shares, according to HC rumour, selling shares so he can buy lines more cheaply?
Anyway, with a market cap of $5.44m, we are not expensive for the things the company is trying to achieve. The selling is ruthless, though- what's it been? About 50% loss over the past few days? I've sent a message to the ASX to send a "speeding ticket" to ask the company to respond. This could be the quickest post-consolidation ride back to pre-consolidation prices unless something gives here.
