Now I realize you don't know much at all. Minimum 2years and thats fast. Look at IFE (SA)2.5years , FMS (WA) been working on them for 2 years and are still waiting. PRE haven't even made application for mining with the relevant govt bodies.

Can not mine/turn one bit of soil without a MLA, PERP, native title. All they have is exploration permitts. Only way forward for SH is if it gets bought out by someone. With a MC $5m, not worth much.
