Well, the company will need more capital regardless. Assume they hit the motherlode at 100 x 100m RC, they need to quadruple the drilling to get a resource. Say 10-15,00m @ $75/m minimum, plus geotech, met, scoping study blah blah blah. LSR is going to need more money, full stop.
The market is not impressed (and I aint either) by 4 months of drilling revealing a half dozen holes with spotty results, and a swag of extra holes pending. It's angling towards more spotty results, which means more probing to find the axis of the mineralisation, more time and delays, etc. I am not going to go contra to what the market sentiment is with this, so I took my money off the table, which was wise.
I think LSR will take a while to find the centre of this thing, if there is a thing. So I'll see what Mr Market wants to do, and maybe trade again. And eventually, on balance of probabilities, LSR will succeed I think, so hopefully I'll actually be holding when they announce.
