Agree FireBull. It will only get bigger too IMO. Ageing population which will more than double in the next 30 years, housing affordability all key drivers for the business. I note they are only servicing Victoria, are you aware of any plans to move interstate? This is as safe as it gets on the ASX IMO. Wishing I came across this earlier.
