This stock is so esasy to hold. Got in at $1 and the company just keeps growing recurring revenue half on half. First of a steadily growing stream of dividends due this year. Run by one of the founders using an extremely simple, sustainable and scalable business model. All they do is build a new community in Victoris every 18 months. By taking their time and focusing on one state that they know inside out, they limit mistakes and make full use of the valuable experience they've built up doing this same thing over and over again.
